Pastor Tom Dowling has served as pastor of Williams Bay Lutheran Church since 2016.  Before coming to Williams Bay Lutheran he served Lutheran churches in Wisconsin and Iowa.  He received his M. Div. from Wartburg Theological Seminary in Dubuque, Iowa, his B. S. in Religious Studies from Edgewood College in Madison, Wisconsin and he did his chaplaincy internship at Gundersen Hospital in La Crosse, Wisconsin.  While in college Pastor Tom worked five summers at Lutherdale Bible Camp in Elkhorn, Wisconsin.  He comes to Williams Bay Lutheran with gifts in pastoral care and healing, teaching spiritual practices and leading small groups, Sunday preaching and worship leading, music ministry, and children’s ministry.  Come, on a Sunday morning and meet Pastor Tom!
