Williams Bay Lutheran Church is a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA), located at the corner of Congress and Collie Streets in the village of Williams Bay.

Morning Prayer Worship:

No Morning Prayer Service on December 17th, December 24th, and December 31st. Morning Prayer Service will resume on January 7, 2018.

Traditional Worship: Follows the Traditional ELCA Lutheran Worship using the Red hymnals.

Grace Notes:

Christmas Eve Worship

  • Candlelight Christmas Eve Worsip with Holy Commnion at 5:00 p.m.

Christmas Cantata

  • Our Christmas cantata will be presented on December 17th at the 9:30 a.m. worship service. The cantata will include the Sunday School children, our conformant student, the handbell choir, and a Christmas Cantata Choir.

Morning Prayer Service

We will not have the 8:00 a.m. Morning Prayer Service on December 17th, December 24thand December 31st. We will have this service starting January 7th.

Homeless Shelter Ministry

  • This year we will be helping out "Chapel on the Hill" with their men’s homeless shelter ministry. We have been invited by the Chapel on the Hill congregation, to help them host a shelter week from Sunday, December 31st to Saturday, January 6th. Please contact Pastor Tom or Claus Wellhausen if you would like to help with this ministry

Williams Bay Lutheran Church's Annual Meeting

  • The annual meeting will be on January 28th, 2018 after the 9:30 a.m. service. Following the meeting we will have a potluck.

Sunday Morning Evangelism Class

  • During the Christmas Holiday, the Evangelism class will not meet. The class will start up again in January 2018.

Youth Education

  • Sunday School is during the 9:30 a.m. service. Students are dismissed from the service at 9:45 a.m.

Sally’s Circle Handwork Group

  • Sally's Circle will meet on January 30 at 7:00 p.m.. The book is “Mistress Bradstreet” by Charlotte Gordon. See Mary Mock with any questions.
